Am an bigguy if i weight 100kg am glad atm am on 103kg again :D maybe am goaling for 95gk. am 1.87 or someting or bigger. And i got much muscels that is just mu build lol.

I would try different yoga "styles" and see speaks to you with you physically and emotionally. If you practice yoga regularly and have a balanced diet you will lose weight...just make sure you incorporate lot of sun salutations in your routine. I lost a lot of weight doing yoga and eating a vegetarian diet. If weight loss is your goal I would add walking no less than 1/2 an hour a day into the mix. This is a slower way to loss weight, but you will keep it off in the long term. Good luck!
