yeah ive been doing exercises ALL day for 4 days now and im only getting slight improvements

the first exercise shown is good, except, guys, right after u finish a set on the bench press, turn perpindicular with the bench, balanced on it and do those. works(stable urself with your hands) screw the 1 lb dumbell.

the only one i found i was able to do was the 1 leg up crunch.. all the others u need like a dumbell or medicine ball cept for the first one where i couldnt keep my balance.. =S

I have heard that you should have about 12 inches of poop a day...whether you let it all out at once or in 2-3 times to total out at 12 inches. It depends on your digestive system and your body though. also depends on how much food you eat each day and your size I think also. many factors must be considered. But yes it is very important to eat a lot of fiber rich foods and to keep your system clean, which will lower your body fat percentage nicely and help you to get abs too.

I have an important question. Is having more than one well-sized bowel movement (taking a dump)a day important for bodybuilding? Because everyone seems to be paranoid about a clean colon nowadays.
