This is our Richard Freeman. Just want to say he is a great teacher. He is the real teacher for Yoga.

Very natural way of developing the Surya Namaskar B, specially the preparation for Virabhadrasana A, lowering those heels in such a beautiful way. Congrats.

He really looks like Sri Darma Mittra, but younger...

seems like his right shoulder is injured.

This is indeed Surya Namaskara B, but again it is from Richard's Intermediate Series DVD

This is not from the Intermediate Series, this is Surya Namaskara B (or Sun Salutation B). Nice video, just an incorrect label.

This is from Richard Freeman's Intermediate Series dvd - if you ever get the opportunity to study with him I would thoroughly recommend it, he is a very grounded and intelligent teacher.

This is one of the masters Richard Freeman. I think he should get some credit. Buy his video or go to a class or workshop of his if you really want to learn from him.

It may have been from the Intermediate video but this is not part of the second/third series. You do the sun salutations and standing postures before you start any of the series. Primary starts with dandasana, not surya namaskara A. |
