Any one can learn kung Fu, but it is much more difficult to practice it. It is not just a form of Martial Arts, but a spiritual path to follow. Meditation is very important while practicing kung Fu. Kung fu is tied very closely with Budhism, Taoism, and confutianism. I think i spelled that wrong. but you get the Idea. ;)
