this songs not about the greatest day of his life it's about crushing depression. Saying "today is the greatest day Ive never known" is because it can't get any worse and is adressing the depression he was facing at the time in his life when he wrote this song. btw if it does remind you of something happy thats cool it is kinda a cheerful song

ok thats fine i knw it kinda bugs people but he really does kinda look like gerard way but i think billy is cooler and makes better music. His guitars are a fortune though.

I see what you mean, Im going through a tough time right now, the lyrics mean a lot to me the more I think about them. Like 7 months ago I just heard about them. But I heard disarm on the radio and I learned a bunch of their songs now they are my second favorite band haha.
