The headstand video is not for everyone. The cervical spine is not very strong. many of your viewers are not knowledgeable of what accumulated weight on the cervical spine can do to stress the cervical joints. You must know your students physical qualifications. Arthritis of the cervical spine normally starts at age 40. I recommend no headstands after that age unless your student has had an evaluation and XRay of the cervical spine by a orthopedic surgeon or neurologist. Namaste.
