Actually there is a very large resource of yoga practice available for pregnant women - pre-natal yoga is of very powerful benefit for both the mother and unborn child.

Human anatomy didn't "evolve" that much in the last 5 years, the rules still apply.

Meditation is the same, but yoga postures or asanas are diferents because men and woman have different anatomy, particularly the gland system. Some postures are exlusivelly for men, it can produced injury in women. Women shouldn't practice yoga while menstruating and pregnancy, except for very mild streatchs. |
