depends on what year and what culture,there is no one set way to tell the mythology, just as there is no one set way to tell the christian mythology. You have some christian, today, that believe satan is jesus brother, and some dont. There is not one set way to tell Egyptian mythology either. There isn't, and there never was. likewise for all religions, each culture has their own beliefs of them.

It's because you are always expecting things to happen that they dont happen. LOL. Meditation is not waiting for things to happen, its about giving up, quit struggling for a miracle. This is not harry potter. each individual experiences are unique and paced differently. Patience might be the word.
