Eric Clapton isn't country. I know it might sound like it, but he is actually considered rock. Also, your not strange to like this type of music because you are Black/Hispanic.

I'm not much into country music (grew on Rock/Metal/Rap/R&B) but I always liked the old school country songs. Grew up in Texas, can't help it. They play this one alot at the Cowboy Breakfast (Feb) during Rodeo.

ok get this for weird dj'ing. I was listening to Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelujah and as it finished I thought - what would go really well now is Clapton and Lay Down Sally. Completely incongruous but they kind of work one after the other. In my mind. Where my "special" friend lives probably... never mind, eh? :)BTW what a tune :)
