I think this would work for a cloud if it hadn't been so rushed. And I understand that this video is for people who want to start learning how to paint, but clouds aren't usually just white. Even skies are many colors, not just one wash of blue. I think those brushes are also too big to be using on that canvas...but I guess to each his own.

honestly, one of the more unhelpful videos I have watched on here, the sky looks nothing like the sky, and the clouds look fake, unless you paint strange unrealistic paintings

pls help me! i have Acrylic colors i am new in this in fact i don't know to paint and i want to learn,guys if i have acrylic colors i can mix it with little water or not ?second:i can paint on paper with acrylic colors?thanks.

it's art primer, it helps paint bond better to surfaces, but canvases are usually already coated with several layers of it, so I don't know why this lady is so obsessed with it. you would use gesso more for painting on raw surfaces like rock or something.

Gesso is ground gypsum and some other ingredients. You paint a canvas with it before you paint on it. It keeps the paint from soaking into the cloth and disappearing.
