They never were a joke, and listening to some really dark songs like "Opium", "Finisterra" or "Full Moon Madness" proves it !They released their fist demo in 1994, "under the Moonspell", which contains 3 songs darker one than another...One year later follows their first album : "Wolfheart". Listening to "Alma Mater", "Vampiria" or "Of Dream and Drama" proves they're dark. Really.Next year (1996)follows "Irreligious", where their "Anti-god" side is put on mainstage.
